No person or entity shall perform any of the following activities within the protected area without obtaining written permission from the authorized authority:-
(a) To hunt wild animals,
(b) to carry out or carry out any construction of any house, hut, hermitage or the like on Government land,
(c) to seize, clear, encroach, cultivate or grow or cut any crop on Government land,
(d) to cut, fell, remove trees, plants, bushes or any other forest products within the government land or to do any work to dry the forest products or to set fire or cause damage in any other way,
(e) to mine, quarry or damage any mineral, stone, pebble, soil or other similar produce on Government land,
(f) to carry or use arms or treasure or any poisonous substance,
(g) to take any kind of animal or wildlife within the conservation area, or to collect wildlife,
(h) to impound, divert or use noxious or explosive substances in any river, stream or source of water flowing within the conservation area,
(j) To make the Khoria Fadani.
